Mr. Lynch formed the Telecommunication Services group late in 1995 as a new vertical discipline within SYSTOR AG, an innovative solutions provider jointly owned by Swiss Bank Corporation (Schweiz) and Perot Systems Corporation (North America). Since their initiation, the group has been working in the dynamic European telecommunications market with such organizations as Swiss Telecom PTT and the Unisource alliance. Before coming to SYSTOR, Mr. Lynch was in charge of business development for the object-oriented delivery unit within a large systems integrator in North America providing solutions to telecommunications companies including MCI.
