Aims and Objectives The workshop aims at providing a platform for young researchers to present their work. The workshop will serve as a forum for the participants to get in contact with other researchers in the field and to become familiar with other approaches and future research topics. This workshop is part of the GCSE'99 which is co-hosted with the Smalltalk and Java in Industry and Education Conference '99 (STJA'99) and organized by the Working Group "Generative and Component-Based Software Engineering" of the German "Gesellschaft für Informatik" under the auspices of the STJA Foundation.
