AA Eindhoven, The Netherlands Abstract. In this paper we describe our experiences with the development of a platform in the medical imaging domain. Three important ingredients of this platform are components, interfaces and information models. We will explain the requirements for the platform, why these three ingredients have been chosen, and our experiences when using this approach. Keywords.
